Shipping and Returns, Exchanges and Store Credit

SHIPPING: We guarantee to process all in stock items within 1-2 business days from the date the customer places their order. Customer will choose their shipping method at check out and shipping fees will be displayed before payment is made. All orders over $100.00 receive free ground shipping in the United States. Sorry, no international sales at this time.

RETURN POLICY: Your business is very important to us and we will be happy to accept returns and offer exchanges or store credit if returned within 30 days of the date on your sales receipt. You must have your sales receipt and the original tags on the item.

For Store Credit: We are happy to issue you a store credit for the original price paid for an item and associated tax for a store credit. Simply bring your item into the boutique for store credit.

If you purchased your item online, simply send us an email at info@wildliliesjewelry.com indicating which item you would like to return and that you would like a store credit. We will send you a return code to place on the invoice. Place the merchandise in a box in the original packaging, with your original invoice and tags, and ship it to us via insured mail to the address below. Wild Lilies Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items. A store credit will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent to you within 3 business days upon receipt.

For Exchange: We are happy to exchange your item. Simply bring your item into the boutique for an exchange.

If you purchased the item on line or you are unable to come in, please send us an email at info@wildliliesjewelry.com and indicate which item(s) you would like to “exchange”, also list the item(s) you would like to receive instead. We will send you a return code to place on the invoice. Place the merchandise you are returning in a box in the original packaging, with your original invoice and tags, and ship it to us via insured mail to the address below. Wild Lilies Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Wild Lilies Jewelry will send in-stock items to you right away. If there is a difference in price between the new items purchased and the items returned, Wild Lilies Jewelry will charge your credit card or issue a refund accordingly. Your credit card will also be charged for the additional shipping fees.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
- ALL returned merchandise must be accompanied with original invoice.
- ALL returned merchandise must have the tags in place and be returned in original packaging.
- ALL returned merchandise must be unworn and in original condition.
- ALL earrings and sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
